Holy Name Society
The Holy Name Society promotes reverence and devotion for the Holy Names of God and Jesus and the personal sanctification and holiness of its members. Members work in union to build the kingdom of God by teaching, spreading, and defending the Catholic faith.
OLV Holy Name Society meets on the second Sunday each month September through June. The men attend 9:30 AM Mass as a group, followed by recitation of the Divine Mercy Chaplet and then a meeting and refreshments. At our meetings, we discuss topics of interest to men who want to enhance their Catholic faith. OLV Holy Name Society holds an annual Men’s breakfast with a special guest speaker. We pray the Rosary in October and May outside the Abortion Clinic in Englewood. -
Rosary Society
The OLV Rosary Society is an organization of women devoted to Our Blessed Mother and the
recitation and propagation of the Rosary. We are primarily a spiritual organization praying the Rosary to Mary to intercede with her Son Jesus for all of us. We offer our prayers for many
Intentions and for the members of our family.
Join us in one of two ways:
Monthly Meetings
-3 rd Thursday of each month (September – May)
-12:00PM Mass and Rosary followed by meeting, refreshments and socialization.
Special Rosary Sundays
-Dates to be announced
-9:00AM recitation of the Rosary, Mass at 9:30 followed by meeting, refreshments and
socialization.
Rosary Society Activities- Monthly Meetings: 3rd Thursday each month: 12:00PM Mass and Rosary followed by meeting, refreshments, social.
- Baby Item Collection: We collect new baby clothes and items for Birthright and New Hope.
- Promote Rosary: We give a blessed Rosary and literature to each Confirmation candidate. We promote and recite the Rosary in our own homes.
- Annual Ladies Breakfast: Rosary and Mass followed by a catered breakfast with a special guest speaker.
- Recite the Rosary with the elderly at a local eldercare facility.

Social Concerns Committee
In the spirit of St. Vincent de Paul, our Social Concerns committee gives our service that we may be
God's instruments of mercy in serving the poor and needy.
We fulfill this mission by working with Family Promise of Bergen County and providing food for the homeless at county shelters; collecting food and clothing for the needy throughout the year; providing financial assistance to programs benefitting the poor; collections for unwed mothers and their babies; Giving Tree at Christmas time that serves the outreach program of Pascack Valley; gift cards for Shop-Rite and K-Mart as needed. We are also available to be of service at our Pastor's request for parish events.
In recognizing our need and dependence on grace for all our actions we have a yearly Mass for our members. -
Catholic Daughters
The Catholic Daugh
ters of the Americas Court 1639 at Our Lady of Victories was founded over 60 years ago. We are part of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas which is one of the oldest and largest organizations of Catholic women in the Americas. Under the patronage of the Blessed Mother, we are united by our faith in Jesus Christ, in our devotion to the church and the Holy See. We donate to numerous charities and administer scholarships.
